Fault phenomenon
Firstly, there is no electricity. Power sometimes is on or off. The display window does not show.
1. There is poor contact on socket. You should repair or re-insert the socket.
2. There is blowout. You need change new fuse（250V/10A）.
3. The power switch does not work. You should check link wire whether is inserted well or change a new power switch.
4. There are faults on the manifold block. You should check the manifold block whether is inserted right or change a new manifold block.
5. There are faults on the circuit board of power. You should change a new power circuit board.
6. There are faults on the main circuit board. You should change a new main circuit board.
Secondly, the switch of mode function does not work. And it can not be set.
1. Link wire is ruptured. You should check and change new wire.
2. There are faults on manifold block. You should change new manifold block.
3. There are faults on main circuit board. You should change new main circuit board.
Thirdly, coin device faults
1. Can not fling coin.
Reset the coin device.
2. Coin device alarm
Reboot the device and check the link wire of coin device whether is inserted well; reset coin device; dismantle coin device, and there are four small bulbs. Wipe up the bulbs with clean dishcloth and reinstall them. The coin device is damaged.
3. Coin device does not receive the false coin.
Reset coin device; change new manifold block.
Fourthly, cup loading device faults
1. The cup does not come out after press the raw materials key.
The paper cup is blocked on the cup loading device. Because you use the non-standard paper cup or the paper cup is distorted.
2. Cup loading device does not run.
Check the link wire between cup loading device and power circuit board.
Fifthly, water can not go out.
1. The installed memories are deleted. You should reset the quantity of water.
2. Electromagnetic valve is not started. You should check the valve link wire of related electromagnetic or change a new electromagnetic valve.
3. There are faults on main manifold block. You should change a new manifold block.
Sixthly, no discharging
1. Raw materials are concreted. You should check the raw material barrel and get rid of the concreted raw materials.
2. The installed memories are disappeared. You should reset the quantity of raw materials.
3. Abrasion of linking gear. You should change inner gear.
4. Reversal of electric motor. You should exchange the related link wires.
5. The electric motor does not run. You should check the link wire of electric motor whether is inserted well.
If you change the electric motor and the fault can not be solved, you’d better change a new main circuit board.
Seventhly, water leakage
1. If water leak from the outlet, you should check the leaking water on the running situation whether is hot or cool. And then change the related battery valve.
2. If water leak from the back of coffee machine, please check the linking tube of heating barrel whether leaks or is broken.
Eighthly, do not discharging intermittently.
1. The raw materials are concreted or the mixing barrel is blocked. You should check the raw material barrel, mixing barrel and the outlet pipe.
2. There are faults on manifold block or main circuit board. You should check or change a new manifold block or main circuit board.
